Business Applications Support Analyst

This customer focused IT team is looking for an experienced Business Application Support Analyst who will provide professional, friendly and responsive customer service to our organisation delivering second and third level service desk support for key corporate applications.

In this role, you will be receiving, prioritising, documenting and actively resolving internal customer IT service requests. You will provide technical support for IT software, foster good IT practice, perform technical administrative tasks while adhering to service delivery frameworks.

To be successful you will have relevant tertiary qualifications, knowledge of ICT trends, issues and opportunities, demonstrated written and oral communication skills, the ability to provide customer service supporting Windows operating systems and corporate applications including Carelink+, HealthManager and PerfectGym.

If you enjoy providing professional, friendly, responsive and efficient operational IT service and the delivery of customer focussed solutions that align with current strategies, then this could be the role for you. You should have excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, the ability to engage collaboratively to prioritise requests. Demonstrated abilities in handling competing priorities, working to deadlines, problem solving, implementing process improvements and a commitment to owning issues through to resolution would be an advantage.
