This autonomous role is a combination of BDM and nurturing and building those relationships. The role encompasses identifying new opportunities for both our clinical and retail ranges. This role would suit someone who has experience with a proven record in B2B sales, an interest in aesthetics is preferable. 

With a strong KPI focus and a view of domestic and international expansion, the right person will be able to drive sales within our clinic footprint whilst supported by the patient experience team and the in-house educator.

As a specialised sales role, you will be responsible to own the retail, clinic, wholesale and Business Development of the brand to increase market share.

Key capabilities:

  • Expand the clinic network in your states
  • Coach and encourage sales whilst providing exceptional support for all clinic accounts.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clinic customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain sustained growth across the business, including in-clinic sales
  • Identify, develop and leverage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, distributors, retailers and industry contacts to support our strategic business plans.
  • Exceptionally organised to provide direction for the business, your territory and the clinics themselves. 


Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Business to Business (B2B) Sales and Account Management role;
  • Considerable commercial experience in professional beauty, retail, pharmaceutical or spa industry;
  • Strong sales skills to upsell and drive the best outcome for all stakeholders.
  • Proven, successful track record in new Business Development is essential;
