Requirements
To be successful in the role you will:
- Preferred minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager in Real Estate or Property Manager
- Show strong initiative and be self motivated in prospecting for new clients
- Demonstrate excellent organisational, negotiation and analytical skills including being proactive, efficient and having an eye for detail.
- Will place great emphasis on & be able to follow processes & procedures
- Have a mature approach and attitude when dealing with conflict
- Be a team player and work as part of a cohesive group
- Be immaculately presented, with high customer service orientation and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds
- View Property Management as a career and not just a stepping stone
- All applicants MUST have a current Agents Representative Certificate
You will be provided with a mobile phone and motor vehicle.
