Requirements

To be successful in the role you will:

• Preferred minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager in Real Estate or Property Manager
• Show strong initiative and be self motivated in prospecting for new clients
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, negotiation and analytical skills including being proactive, efficient and having an eye for detail.
• Will place great emphasis on & be able to follow processes & procedures
• Have a mature approach and attitude when dealing with conflict
• Be a team player and work as part of a cohesive group
• Be immaculately presented, with high customer service orientation and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds
• View Property Management as a career and not just a stepping stone
• All applicants MUST have a current Agents Representative Certificate
