Client Relationship Administrator
This role is ideally suitable for someone with experience in reception / administration in a public Accounting Practice. In this role you will be:
- Providing direct administrative support for accountants
- Responsible for undertaking reception duties
- Attending to all ASIC requirements
- Liaising with clients and providing support as required
Skills, Experience and Attributes required:
- Experience in a public accounting firm desirable
- Good work ethic and deadline driven
- Working knowledge of Xero/Suitefiles/Karbon is advantageous
- Organised with good time management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with clients and the Keypoint Team (both written and spoken)
- Polished and professional presentation
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
