The Opportunity

Own and manage your own ‘patch’ and be given the autonomy to develop out-of-the-box solutions for your customers. Challenge the status quo to achieve better outcomes and do things a little differently from the rest…all whilst having some fun! 


Situated in the lively center of Hobart, your territory will span throughout Tasmania, with a focus on strengthening our presence in the Southern region while expanding our reach into key areas in the North, including Launceston, Devonport, and the Northwest Coast.

As the maestro of On-premise, Off-premise and Integrated Channels, you'll amplify existing relationships and forge new, mutually beneficial connections. When we have fun, so do our customers! 

Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and grow revenue, volume, distribution and profits in the On-premise, Integrated and Retail Channels.
  • Identify and propel new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate and coordinate portfolio education and training.
  • Execute quarterly brand promotions and other activities in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Manage a diverse customer universe, forecasts, and reporting, while keeping the CRM updated.

This role reports to the State Manager for Victoria/Tasmania who is based in Melbourne,  and you will be part of a thriving and hugely successful sales team with an incredible mix of industry knowledge and experience. You will be working with and learning from some of the best the industry has to offer and having a great time doing it!

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally a demonstrated experience in a similar role, selling face to face in both on and off-premise with 2+ years’ experience.
  • A confident communicator, focused on building meaningful relationships
  • Good commercial acumen and negotiation skills. 
  • A creative, solutions focused person who loves a challenge and will role up their sleeves to deliver.
  • A self-starter with a positive ‘go-getter’ attitude, driven by an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • A team player who can manage a territory while actively supporting team objectives, fostering a collaborative environment. 
  • Comfortable to work independently.
  • Flexibility with travel to manage the territory and meet business objectives. 
  • Intermediate skill level with MS office suite and a CRM tool.
  • A valid driver's license.
