Our client is a successful and well known Western Australian multifunctional devices and document management business. They currently have a position available within the existing sales team for a Business Development Manager.Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating sales, creating new business opportunities & building relationships with key clients. I am looking for a real "Hunter" that can open doors but also someone with strong account management experience to manage the existing client base.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes:
- 3-6 years business to business sales experience
- Solution selling experience
- Sales training qualifications
- Technical compotence (understand software, hardware etc)
- Excellent presentation & communication
- An extremely self-motivated & driven attitude
- Extremely comfortable with Business development/cold-calling
- Establishing new clients
- Attending networking functions
- Consistently achieving set Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
- Discuss marketing strategies with clients
- Maintaining CRM database
- Customer service focussed
- Proven relationship management skills
- Work well autonomously
- Work well to deadlines
- Strong time management
- Ideally degree qualified but not essential
