Our client is a successful and well known Western Australian multifunctional devices and document management business. They currently have a position available within the existing sales team for a Business Development Manager.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for generating sales, creating new business opportunities & building relationships with key clients. I am looking for a real "Hunter" that can open doors but also someone with strong account management experience to manage the existing client base.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes:

• 3-6 years business to business sales experience
• Solution selling experience
• Sales training qualifications
• Technical compotence (understand software, hardware etc)
• Excellent presentation & communication
• An extremely self-motivated & driven attitude
• Extremely comfortable with Business development/cold-calling
• Establishing new clients
• Attending networking functions
• Consistently achieving set Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Discuss marketing strategies with clients
• Maintaining CRM database
• Customer service focussed
• Proven relationship management skills
• Work well autonomously
• Work well to deadlines
• Strong time management
• Ideally degree qualified but not essential
