Reporting directly to the Sales Manager - Trade, this role offers you an opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organisation with a diverse range of home products. You'll form part of a high performing sales team, in an exciting role where no two days are the same.

We're seeking an individual who thrives on building strong relationships and is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Business Development Manager with Rinnai, you'll join a driven and energetic team, focussed on growing our offering to the builder's market while delivering exceptional customer service.

What does the role entail?

  • Develop new business opportunities with all builders in the NSW/ACT markets, including project homes and medium / high density builders to achieve sales targets
  • Drive sales growth with Builders by cross selling the Rinnai range of residential products including Hot Water, Air Conditioning and Heating
  • Maintain and develop relationships with our existing builders and trade partner representatives
  • Provide training to customers including procurement, estimating and supervisor teams on current and new products
  • Account management of trade partners
  • Develop and implement business and key account management initiatives including setting goals for your area of accountability
  • Maintain regular call cycle activity, including some regional travel

Who are we looking for?

  • Those with existing relationships in the residential builders &/or medium density projects will be held in high regard
  • The ability to identify new business opportunities including cold calling on new businesses
  • Proven success in winning major builder contracts
  • A positive and self-driven salesperson with goal focussed mentality
  • An excellent track record in not only meeting, but exceeding KPI's
  • Sound experience in all facets of account management and delivering exceptional customer service
