The Opportunity Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Major Builders, you will be responsible for managing a sales portfolio of key Top 200 Builders within NSW. As the BDM, you will be accountable for continually advancing James Hardie’s growth of High Value Products across projects within the multi-family, aged care and non-residential segments. This is done by implementing strategies to strengthen our competitive position and deliver sustainable profitable growth year on year. Key Responsibilities Account Manage and develop Inegrated Business Plans to drive repeat use and advocacy of James Hardie’s Architectural range and NPI Execute insight led co-creation framework to influence housing design / ranges to incorporate Fibre Cement within Top 200 major builders in region Work with the Co-Creation Marketing Manager to drive change through insight and to plan and execute marketing co-collaboration initiatives Engage with the NPI/Design BDM to develop market leading designs based on the needs of the segment each builder focuses on Train builders on how to effectively design, estimate and install James Hardie’s Architectural range -…
