To support the growth we are experiencing, we are looking for a performance driven, motivated, enthusiastic person who are customer focused & understand the significance of building long term relationships with our partners.
Essentials
- The most critical thing is experience in the Plumbing/Electrical/HVAC space within a sale capacity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop customer relationships.
- Apply sales experience, technical expertise, insights and market knowledge to secure opportunities to deliver our highly sought after Hvac products.
- Build sales channels and revenue pipelines to secure business, achieve sales outcomes and form long-term customer partnerships.
About you
- Experience and success in new Business Development.
- Proven ability to develop effective relationships across multiple levels of customers.
- Ability to negotiate, build productive relationships and influence customer decision making.
- Maintain CRM System, deliver reports and sales presentations etc.
- Positive, energetic approach with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to career growth and aspiration to manage your own team.
- Is self-motivated and can create and follow their own sales plan (driven by the overall strategy of the business)
ON OFFER
- $90,000 - $110,000 base salary
