70-80k base with 140-150k OTE
Our Sydney based client is a highly specialized and focused Managed Service Provider. Through forming true partnerships with their growing client base, they create flexible, supportive, and quality IT solutions, whilst acting as an extension of their own internal IT teams. To meet growth, they have an immediate and exciting opening for a Business Development Manager.
As a Sydney based Business Development Manager, you will:
- Focus on Microsoft Modern workplace, management, and Surface sales
- Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones
- Find and develop new markets and improving sales
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Develop and deliver quotes and proposals for clients.
- Perform internal sales activities, create quotes, process orders and work on renewals
- A Bachelor’s degree or similar in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Surface/premium device sales experience

- The ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills
- The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- A starting base salary circa 70-80k
- An uncapped 140-150k OTE
