Business Development Manager - South Australian Region

A leading provider of nutrition products for people with a variety of health conditions, including dysphagia (swallowing difficulties), today, Flavour Creations is expanding globally with trusted names in healthy-living and performance nutritional products.

This full-time role reports to the National Sales Manager, your role is to maintain and expand our client base within your region, primarily looking after Residential Aged Care Homes, Hospitals and Pharmacies. The successful candidate needs to be switched on, enthusiastic, a relationship building extraordinaire and understand the importance of finding solutions for our clients. Intrastate travel two to three nights per quarter may be required.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Have proven sales and territiry management experience, preferably in our traditional channels of hospital and aged care.
• Be proactive and self motivated.
• Be a critical thinker with the ability to operate at a fast pace and adapt to changing market conditions and new competitors.
• Have exceptional communication and rapport/relationship building skills.
• Possess the experience and confidence to engage at a senior level.
• Be a great time manager and an excellent team player.
• Have great attention to detail with a desire and hunger to succeed.
• Have the willingness to undertake domestic travel (minimal).

Clinical experience (dietetics/speech pathology/nursing/relevant other) is desirable, but not essential.
