- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of six employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
- Utilize your experience in dealing with councils, traffic, or Civil sectors to navigate regulatory requirements and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the board to provide regular updates on branch performance, market trends, and strategic insights.
- Proven experience in sales, key account management, and team leadership, preferably within Civil, Traffic Management or councils.
- Strong understanding of councils, traffic, or Civil sectors, with a demonstrated track record of success in this area.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
