Responsibilities
Business Development
- Maintain regular sales calls and visits with active and prospective corporate clients to promote maximum value (this role is primarily visiting prospective clients and in office).
- Regional and Interstate travel to service and seek new clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue, meet sales budgets and targets, and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound sales calls with prospective customers and convert them into active customers.
- Research prospective clients and schedule meetings to discuss TradieSpec’s services and the unique benefits of our brand.
- Plan and oversee new sales offers and initiatives.
- Contribute to internal meetings and provide insights into current and prospective clients under your management plus overall sales performance.
- Provide insights on customer feedback, industry trends and competitor activity.
- Attend conferences, meetings and industry events.
- Accurately record all sales data via TradieSpec CRM and other systems.
- Communicate efficiently with all stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for TradieSpec and our customers.
- Assist with operational movements (deliveries/ pickups) where required.
Customer Experience
- Translate technical/industry jargon into easily understood information for clients on TradieSpec service range.
- Provide information to prospective customers about the unique benefits of the TradieSpec Service offering.
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Gain feedback and customer testimonials to continually improve our processes.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Australian Drivers Licence.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales striker role.
- Excellent in discovering, forming and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Proficient in computer software platforms especially Microsoft Office and CRM (HubSpot).
- Ability to communicate effectively, influence people and successfully finalise a negotiation.
- Highly organised and accurate.
- Ability to follow established industry and TradieSpec procedures and practices.
- Good level of Business acumen based on the TradieSpec values, Transparency, Resilience, Accountability, Determination, Integrity, Efficiency.
- Strong decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability.
- A strong commitment to all health and safety culture.
