PositionDue to growth in the Perth region, we now seek an experienced Electrician with a background in large factory machinery, food processing or packaging or a similar. The role has the below responsibilities:Provide technical and hands-on support for commissioning and installation of machinery
- Fault-finding on both simple and complex machinery
- Be available for on-site with when required for scheduled maintenance as well as unscheduled breakdowns
- Make recommendations to customers as to potential upgrades to plant & equipment (to be passed onto sales team)
- Provide solutions that meet customers' requirements and stay within budgetary and time constraints
- Be available to work weekends equivalent to 20 per year - overtime and time-in-lieu will be offered
Benefits- Salary of $105,0000/yr + super + vehicle + overtime
- Overtime paid at penalty rates - average tech earns between $130k - $140k/yr

CandidateThis role is technical, fast-paced and physical position requiring that will necessitate elements of both electrical and mechanical work. The appropriate candidate will be a trade qualified electrician, Don't have packaging machinery experinece, that's ok!
