Business Development Team Leader

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for team and individual Business Development targets, activity and sales campaigns
• Lead a team of 2, assisting with their development, are on track for budgets, whilst maintaining compliance
• Manage relationships with the associations
• Provide technical expertise to clients and staff
• Representing the business at various industry forums as required.

What do you need?

• The want to lead a team by example whilst assisting juniors in their role and development
• Business development and broking experience
• Tier 1 Broking qualification
• Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, senior management and key stakeholders
• Self-motivated with an innate desire to meet and exceed expectations
