Your role will be to deliver exceptional support to the business to drive profitable growth. Acting as a partner with the business by delivering the financial analysis and actionable insights through business modelling, creation and adoption of standardised reporting and insights into margin drivers.
Your day-to-day
Working as a key finance business partner you will be reporting to & supporting the Head of Business Finance. Take ownership of building relationships with internal stakeholders, investigating P&L and forecasting. Confidently conducting detailed analyses of Sales, Gross margin, and forecasting and variance analysis vs forecast and target.
You will also develop digital analytics and reporting to provide actionable insights to the business as well as analysis of business and market trends and opportunities. Assisting in fostering an environment of continuous improvement will be a pivotal part of this role as well as automating reports and challenging the business need for reports. Drive a culture of self-serve into the businesses and support the Business Finance team on analysis and consolidation.
