About The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director and playing a critical part of the Executive Management Team at De Bortoli Wines,
you will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategies, operations and performance of the De Bortoli Group of
Companies.
Specific functions and responsibilities include:
Managing financial forecasts, budgets and reporting
Overseeing financial systems and controls to minimise business risk
Ensuring compliance in all statutory reporting obligations and responsibilities
Overseeing all matters of federal, state and international administration
Ensuring compliance/governance with financial regulations and standards
Building effective relationships with relevant external stakeholders and advisers
Providing leadership to the finance and administration team
Providing executive support to the Board on strategic business matters

About You
We are seeking a strong people leader with extensive experience and a proven track record of achievements in a senior finance
management role. Proven experience with financial and accounting systems and controls as well as high level capability in
financial modelling, budgeting and reporting are considered essential attributes for the right candidate. The successful applicant
will possess relevant tertiary qualifications along with certification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or preferably Certified
Practicing Accountant (CPA).
