Compas has been invited to provide 32 SAP Specialists to a major SAP ERP Programme within a major Federal Government organisation.

We are seeking an experienced Business Integration Coordinator (CIPM 5) to be a part of this team.

To be applicable for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen with prior experience within Federal Government and have at least a Baseline Security Clearance.

Position Description

• Working with the respective Business Integration leads and Change leads within the delivery process streams to analyse, monitor and support business readiness and change management activities to ensure Group and services are prepared and complete scheduled tasked within the required timeframes:
• Working with Business integration cross stream members and other areas of the Program to develop and maintain Program Business integration methodologies, templates and tools aligning with SAP implementation best practices enabling understanding of ERP Delivery methodologies across the delivery lifecycle.

Position Responsibilities

• Working closely with Business Integration leads, Change leads and stakeholders to coordinate and complete business readiness and change activities, understand needs and concerns, and proactively address them to ensure a joined-up experience for end users.
• Leveraging ERP SAP implementation knowledge, including an ability to understand, connect with stakeholders to actively collaborate engage and support, manage and monitor Business Integration readiness activities. 

Key Experience Required

• 5+ experience years and demonstrated ability of working extensively within an ERP SAP Business Readiness and Change Environment and understand SAP S4 Hana functionality.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a team and broader stakeholder connection, communication and negotiation skills, including engagement and conflict management with the ability to think laterally and take the initiative to drive activities to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, enhance framework methodologies, templates and tools including advanced excel skills.
