Our federal government client has been embarking on the largest ERP Transformation in the southern hemisphere.
The program requires a Business Integration Coordinator with experience in developing and delivering business readiness activities to a high standard. You must have a demonstrated knowledge of ERP SAP implementations including an ability to understand, connect business processes and requirements to actively coordinate, engage and support, manage and monitor Business Integration readiness activities. You will have very good communication skills and have the ability to engage with stakeholders to drive activities to completion.
The Business Integration Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing Business Integration and Change Readiness activities including:
- Working closely with Business Integration leads, Change leads and stakeholders to coordinate and complete business readiness and change activities, understand needs and concerns, and proactively address them to ensure a joined-up experience for end users.
- Leveraging ERP SAP implementation knowledge, including an ability to understand, connect with stakeholders to actively collaborate engage and support, manage and monitor Business Integration readiness activities.
- Utilising very good communication and the ability to engage with stakeholders to drive activities to completion aligning to Program framework methodologies, templates and tools supporting optimal outcomes for, Groups and Services and adoption of ERP implementation best practices.
- Transferring knowledge and demonstrating initiative, whilst at the same time contributing to the knowledge and learning of the staff you are supporting and on occasion taking responsibilities for non-standard solution release related tasks
Qualifications, Skills and Experience we are seeking:
- Demonstrated experience years and demonstrated ability of working extensively within an ERP SAP Business Readiness and Change Environment and understand SAP S4 Hana functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team and broader stakeholder connection, communication and negotiation skills, including engagement and conflict management with the ability to think laterally and take the initiative to drive activities to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, enhance framework methodologies, templates and tools including advanced excel skills.
