About The Role:
We are seeking a Business Integration Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring the seamless integration of diverse business functions and processes throughout our organization. This role entails optimizing operations, improving efficiency, and fostering collaboration among various departments within the organization. The Business Integration Specialist actively engages with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities, devise strategies, and execute implementation plans. The Specialist possesses strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, recognize dependencies, and effectively manage change, ensuring the successful implementation of integration initiatives.
In order to meet the objectives of the position, the incumbent is required to communicate with a wide range of the Institute's community, staff within the wider ICT team, as well as staff from other departments and external vendors.
We are excited about you because you have:
- A degree level qualification and post graduate qualification.
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in business process analysis, integration management, or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Business Integration.
- Strong understanding of programming techniques and testing methods.
- Fluent in programming language such as Java, Python etc. as well as database SQL commands.
- Strong understanding of various data formats and communication protocols
- Extensive expertise in developing solutions using the MuleSoft platform (Anypoint - MuleSoft, API manager)
- Azure & AWS Cloud experience
- ITIL Certified (desirable)
