AddressWe are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with a strong background in banking and financial services to support our data-driven decision-making process. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with various BI platforms and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, non-technical language. This role will involve designing, developing, and deploying BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, among others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain BI solutions to support business objectives in the banking and financial services sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, build, and deploy dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and testing.
- Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions for better performance and usability.
- Provide training and support to end-users to help them understand and effectively use BI tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI technologies and methodologies.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of BI solutions with other systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BI Developer, specifically in the banking and financial services sector.
- Proficiency with BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Power BI templates, DAX, and Power Query.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
