The Role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust Business Intelligence solutions (end-to-end)
- Build efficient ETL processes using SSIS, MS analytics platform and other tools
- Data ingestion from multiple sources into the data warehouse
- Scripting - Python
- Perform data profiling, data cleansing and data validation activities to ensure strong data quality and integrity in the data warehouse
- Design and develop interactive reports and visualisations that convey complex business information in a clear and concise way
- Optimisation of existing data models and BI reports for better performance including testing and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of BI projects
- Provide training to end-users, promoting self-service & upskilling on data & analytics
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, IT or Data Analytics
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Developer (end-to-end), with a passion for designing and building robust full-stack reporting solutions
- End-to-end data solutions, with strong data ingestion & scripting skills - Python
- Experience with varied ETL tools for data extraction, transformation, loading, analysis
- Proven expertise with database systems and strong SQL skills including queries and stored procedures
- Strong data warehouse and data modelling skills
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- SSIS, SSRS, PowerBI (desktop, Service), DAX, Power Query
