A global client with offices nationally are looking for a talented Business Intelligence developer with experience of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced BI developer to come in and support the business with its growth within TM1 / PA.
Role Highlights
The successful BI/ TM1 Developer will be working within a small team of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer, developing and maintaining the organisations cubes and models. You will be working with a range of internal stakeholders on the full creation process, from initial requirements through to cube build and delivery, working with the team of developers to best support the needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues related to TM1’s SQL Server, SSIS tools, and existing data integration processes, collaborating with Digital Business and Technology teams to resolve any technical/system issues.
- Provide TM1 training and mentoring to team members as needed.
- Apply and share best practices in TM1 modelling and Business Intelligence systems management.
- Proactively seek and implement system and process improvements to optimize TM1 models for performance and scalability.
Candidate profile
- Experience of developing and maintaining TM1 applications
- Experience of a Financial systems modelling role would be advantageous
- Hands-on experience with the maintenance and development of TM1 and other financial systems
- Competent working with SQL Server, ETL
- Experience with visualisation tools would be beneficial
- An understanding of Agile methodology
