Business Manager

Responsibilities:

• Providing compliance and advisory services to High-Net-Worth Individuals, Partnerships, Companies, and Trusts.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supervising and delegating tasks to junior team members as required.

Requirements:

• 6+ years accounting experience
• CA/CPA qualified or similar
• Previous Business Manager and leadership experience
• Be competent in all elements of compliance for high-net-worth business and family groups, including:
• Experience with management of a general ledger, including posting month end journals (depreciation, pre-payments and chattel mortgage interest)
• Experience in or exposure to consulting/advisory services such as budget preparation, management reporting and external CFO services.

Software Experience:
To be proficient in the following software products would be advantageous:

• Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
• Business Fitness Workpapers - Advantageous, but not essential
• BGL Systems (CAS360) - Advantageous, but not essential
• SuiteFiles Document Management System
• Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
