We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and oversee our digital sales efforts in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and success of our E-commerce business in Australia. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in E-commerce, exceptional management skills, and a customer-centric approach.
What you can expect:

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales and customer experience.
• Setup of local brand.com business
• Manage and oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless operation and user experience.
• Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and sales conversions.
• Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the e-commerce budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximum ROI.
• Keeping abreast of retail sales trends in SEAPAC and providing feedback to Headquarters in Germany.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in E-Commerce management, preferably within the Australian market.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and E-Commerce technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• University degree in business, digital marketing, or related disciplines
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn
• Fashion and retail experience is desirable
• Experience in various areas of business and across various channels is desirable
• Experience in Generative AI is desirable
