About Clinton State School
Clinton State School provides educational opportunities for primary age students from Prep to year 6. The school was established in January, 1974 and currently has a total enrolment of 960 students. Clinton State School is located in the western suburbs of Gladstone and is just a 60 minute drive North to Rockhampton. It covers 6.4 hectares of landscaped grounds with two ovals, multi-purpose covered areas and an outstanding performing arts hall.
Your Role
Along with the roles and responsibilities listed in the attached role description, our improvement priorities are:
- Maximise Learning Days for Students in Starting Strong and Building on Foundations Phases.
- Maximise Educational Achievement in Reading for Students inStarting Strong and Building on Foundations Phases.
Strong relational leadership is needed to manage the aspects of the school's business and align our service to to the priorities of the department.
