In this role, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing corporate services and administrative support to the principal. This job is offered on a temporary-part time basis (0.24 FTE).

As an integral member of our school community, you will:
- Independently manage day-to-day office procedures within established policies. This includes tasks such as reception duties, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining school records, and general administrative duties. You will also utilize information and management systems, such as OneSchool, to facilitate efficient reporting and administration.
- Collaborate with the Principal, where necessary, to supervise and manage school support staff. This includes overseeing the signatories/approvals of timesheets, leave applications, and rosters, as well as arranging for support and relief staff. You will also coordinate the recruitment, induction, and training of school support staff.
- Assist the Principal in preparing the school budget and managing day-to-day financial matters. You will also collaborate on the submission of data to HUB and input/export data to/from OneSchool to support the Principal in budgeting and financial management.
- Arrange technical support and maintenance as needed for technology devices and equipment.
- Collaborate with the Principal in managing and coordinating school resources, assets, and facilities. This encompasses maintaining the asset register, organizing repairs, facilities and grounds maintenance, and participating in the planning and review of minor works. You will engage external advice when necessary and offer problem resolution support.
- Prepare minutes of meetings, policy documents, reports, forms, newsletters, permission notes, and other correspondence as required.
