- Enable capability building and support services for schools and Business Managers in areas of finance, human resources, facilities, procurement, information technology, and other operational aspects, and implement audit recommendations.
- Provide differentiated capability development, coaching and support to address the unique needs and professional growth of school Business Managers.
- Prepare informative reports and communications to facilitate strategic and operational decision-making, ensuring access to accurate and timely information.
- Build collaborative networks through fostering connections with Business Managers to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and exchange of best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of school operations, including finance, HR, facilities management, procurement, and IT.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Applicant must have a C Class Drivers licence.
- School visits and remote travel will be a requirement of this position.
