We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Administrator at Northam, on a Permanent Part-time basis working 5 days a fortnight.

About this role

As the Business Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the delivery of a wide range of generalist operational business support and administrative office services and activities, ensuring a high level of customer service and capturing information to meet business and legislative requirements. You will also be required to:
 

  • Support the Function in delivery of projects by undertaking general and confidential administrative tasks by maintaining the accuracy of filing systems, including data entry in Ellipse and Salesforce, and appropriate archiving
  • Provides financial administrative support through raising customer invoices, purchase requisitions, payments of invoices in Ellipse etc. while ensuring relevant cost codes are utilised
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders to support the successful management of customer contracts and projects from both a financial and administrative perspective
  • Maintain suitable levels of stationery, IT equipment etc. and ordering of PPE & PPC, as required
  • Assist and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

About you

We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

  • Completed Year 12 (or equivalent) with English and Mathematics and / or at least 3 year’s demonstrated general administration experience
  • At least 2 to 3 years demonstrated experience in provided administrative office and or operational support services with knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
  • Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software
  • Understanding of administrative functions and office practices
  • Able to deliver high quality, professional, customer focused administrative services
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
