Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for Business Performance Analyst to understand the Managed Services contracts and financial structures, applying this to generate accurate invoicing towards our customers and suppliers. Someone with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and flexibility who can easily organize a high volume of deliveries within deadlines.

What you will do

  • Apply business and contractual knowledge to ensure correct financial and invoicing treatment of the Managed Services business
  • Prepare monthly data to meet invoicing requirements, managing inputs from multiple systems
  • Identify and manage implementation of automation and process improvements
  • Perform analytics and establish reports enabling stakeholders to steer and adjust the business
  • Ensure all financial compliance processes are met
  • Proactive review of data leading to improved order to cash position
  • Troubleshoot and implement solutions with Ericsson and Supplier workflows
  • Liaise with both customer and supplier base

You will bring

  • Proactive problem solver with an analytical mindset
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in gaining data insights from high volumes of data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accountable to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
  • Flexible and collaborative team worker
  • Experience in contract financial performance management would be an advantage
  • Financial acumen and governance management experience
  • Ericsson Managed Services operational experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience
