AddressAs the Business Performance and Reporting Analyst for World Vision Australia (WVA), you will take the lead in driving the reporting and performance framework and processes.
You will seek input from internal stakeholder groups whilst conducting the robust and detailed analysis of program performance to provide clear alignment, insight and progress against organisational targets.
Your role plays an integral part in the organisation, enabling us to support our mission of empowering Australians to create meaningful change for the world’s most vulnerable children and adults.
Here’s what you will be doing;
- Provide a forecasting, analytical and decision capability to enhance and significantly improve reporting analysis capability and data quality for the retail division engaging directly with senior leadership and other leads.
- Ensure that reports are managed and produced via a structured process to ensure appropriate review and approvals to maintain integrity of the deliverables of the Retail division.
- Lead the development of the requirements, frameworks, guiding principles, and templates to enable other teams to provide the required inputs into the reports in addition to providing ongoing direction and acts as a contact point to the broader reporting community and stakeholders with support from 1-2 indirect reports.
What we’re looking for is;
- A great communicator - effective interpersonal and communication skills are paramount and the ability to convey complex ideas to a wide range of audiences.
- Technical skills – experience and knowledge of Power BI & SQL.
- You love delving into the detail – Experience in using databases and warehouses and manipulating and working with various, large, and complex data assets
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
- Qualifications – Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
