About the role:
The APS 6Performance Reporting position will provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. It may liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders in a representational role on behalf of the branch.
Duties
- Performing research and data analysis to prepare Ministerial and Executive level briefs and reports.
- Generating detailed reports to provide case status and metrics from existing databases.
- Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements including meeting strict deadlines.
- Identifying potential performance and forecast risks using root cause analysis.
- Improving internal processes and apply lessons learned from trend analysis.
- Managing internal databases and conducting quality assurance and data integrity checks.
Required experience/skills
- Extensive experience in using Microsoft Access and Excel (Highly Desirable)
- Experience in working with SQL, SAS, SAS Visual Analytics, SAS HANNA
- CRM knowledge (any CRM similar to Salesforce)
