- Working in modern, agile ways of work, your role as a Business Process Analyst will include rolling out a new service management tool (ITSM), improving workflows and looking at ways automation and other tools can add value.
- This role will leverage your client facing consulting skills understanding how to improve end-user processes and workflows, before overlaying technology and systems to make things more efficient.
- Working with a small team of Software Developers, you'll enjoy working across the complete project lifecycle working in a Scrum in Agile manner. Experience in User Testing and Change Management would be particularly advantageous for this engagement.
- One key project, will be adding a new software module and upgrading the whole application.
- Your resume / CV should support your customer-focused experience across mid-large sites with a focus on systems and business analysis.
- Technical skills in ITIL and ITSM tools like ServiceNow and others would be of value, in addition to project work in key process improvement engagements.
- Work experience and successes gained in a variety of industry sectors, particularly government and related industry sectors would be highly regarded.
- Any formal methodology and process experience (BABOK, UML) would be of particular value, however not essential. Experience in modern ways for working is required however.
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or industry certification/s would be of benefit.
