Form of workWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 9 month contract. This position is based in Western Australia however extensive interstate travel will be required.
Overview of this role:
This role is responsible for conducting hands-on consultative process reviews and identifying process inconsistencies across multiple locations. This role will also be instrumental in the creation of standard operating procedures and system manuals to support training and competency outcomes across the company.
What you will be doing:
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to observe and understand current state (baseline) processes and software use across multiple locations.
• Maintain a high standard of consultation and communication that facilitates positive interaction between key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Analyse and compare the current state, highlighting key differences between locations, and making recommendations for standardisation (alignment, consistency) and best practice.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Develop and document clear, detailed, and user-friendly standard operating procedures, and system user manuals ensuring these meet business needs and requirements.
• Improve useability and readability of existing documentation through high quality content, structure, formatting, and high attention to detail.
What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis.
• Able to travel interstate and work outside normal hours (when required).
• Experience in complex, dynamic, fast paced environments.
• Able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, with minimal supervision and deliver on time.
• Able to synthesise large amounts of information, listen with curiosity and ask the right questions to ensure the right information.
• Able to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to arrive at best practice processes whilst proactively driving outcomes.
• High degree of professionalism and communication skills that facilitate positive interaction between stakeholders.
• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
• Critical thinker with an innovative, continuous improvement mindset.
• Sound written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex system and process concepts.
• SugarCRM and NetSuite (or similar CRM and ERP) experience would be highly regarded.
