Job Title: Business Process Improvement Specialist
Location: Sydney
Duration: 6-Month Rolling Contract
Work Schedule: 5 Days/Fortnight Working from Office

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team on a 6-month rolling contract basis. This role will be focused on enhancing operational efficiencies within the telecommunications domain, particularly in areas related to RSP satisfaction and truck roll reduction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Execution:

Utilize structured methodologies such as Six Sigma (Black Belt) to identify and implement improvement initiatives.
Establish detailed project plans, monitor progress, and coordinate team activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Opportunity Analysis:

Identify areas for improvement by analyzing existing processes and workflows.
Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the most effective strategies for process enhancement.

Process Improvement:

Leverage experience in identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project delivery and overall efficiency.

Operational Cost Efficiencies:

Apply strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
Analyze project data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to optimize operational costs.

Change Management:

Lead and manage teams through change, addressing resistance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and methodologies.

Performance Measurement:

Establish key metrics to track the success of improvement initiatives.
Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Business Process Improvement, particularly within the telecommunications industry.
Prior experience working with telecommunications operations, with familiarity with processes, infrastructure, and stakeholders.
Strong expertise in Six Sigma (Black Belt certification is a must).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successful change management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Important Note:

Please note that having solid Business Process Improvement skills specifically in the telecommunications domain, particularly in the areas of RSP satisfaction or truck roll reduction initiatives, is essential for this role. Additionally, a Black Belt or Six Sigma certification is a must. If you do not possess these qualifications, we kindly request that you do not apply for this position.
