Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain, and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. We're the crucial link between our stores and the stock they need, the IT engine moving our business forward, the strategic connectors streamlining the way we work, and the forward thinkers using tech to transform the retail experience. Uniting cutting edge technology, data, and retail smarts, you'll work behind the scenes, in the margins, and across every corner of the business - to uplift our capability, amplify our collective impacts, and revolutionise the customer experience.
What you'll do
You'll be joining our dynamic Business Enablement team, focused on our customers and teams, and take charge of end-to-end project management. This is a unique role with a business focus, rather than a traditional IT focus. Unleash your skills in planning, execution, and delivery, and drive projects to success!
- Lead the planning, scheduling, control, and reporting of projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Monitor costs, timescales, and resources, and take proactive action when deviations occur.
- Manage stakeholder engagement across the local environment and the wider Woolworths group.
- Develop and deliver effective change communication plans.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- You will bring a growth mindset and have proven capabilities to communicate and influence at all levels including executive.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects end to end ideally within the retail /FMCG sector.
- Build collaborative relationships across a diverse stakeholder base.
- Leverage your large-scale, fast-paced corporate experience to manage risks and make pragmatic decisions.
- Previous experinece leading large scale transformation projects would be highly desirable
