Business Systems & Process Manager (Project Role)

Job DescriptionThe Business Systems & Process Manager (Project Bluebird) is primarily focused on ensuring appropriate Business Systems and business processes are designed, planned and executed in-line with the new Ballarat site design operating process. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team on a secondment basis for approximately two years.Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the Business Systems & Process stream of the Project Bluebird project. Ensuring business processes are designed, planned, coordinated, facilitated, and executed in-line with the new Ballarat site design operating process
• Providing leadership for IT/IS and business system change management, combined with the facilitation and coordination of IT/IS infrastructure.
• Working collaboratively with the Project Manager (process/construct/install), Operational Site Readiness Manager and People Project Lead to ensure alignment with the other project workstreams
• Drive strong alignment between the physical elements (process/configuration) of the new site and Business systems (IS, Financial & Operational), throughout all phases of project.
• Facilitation and coordination of all the new site “Business Systems” (i.e. SAP, Agrichain, Mercury, MEX, task management).
• The Business Systems & Process Manager will provide direction on how business process is documented, stored, and accessed by the site when in full operation. “Process” relates to all processes (ie. financial, safety, quality, operational). NOTE: The technical detail and content of the process will be the responsibility of the workstream stream leads or nominated process leads.
• Establish and management of the detailed cost budget associated with the Business system and Process workstream. In line with over project budget assumptions. Including resource and consultant costs.
• Ensure project manager process and rigor is applied throughout for this workstream; documented plans (timing and resource); regular reporting; team meetings; records

Deliverables:

• Development of appropriate framework to clearly scope all the activities required to seamless implement all the required Business Systems (new, adopted or modified)
• Creating a Business System & Process roadmap, implementation and timing plan
• Ensure Change Management plan is developed, well socialised with stakeholders, and executed to embed sustainable change.
• Detailed mapping of all Business Systems and systems interfaces required to support the commissioning and ongoing running of the Ballarat site. Documentation of process & transactions
• Detailed training plan developed, resourced and executed in line with project timing and objectives
• Business systems and processes are in place and effective for the new Ballarat site in time to support; pre-commissioning training, commissioning, ramp and ongoing operation
