About the role
The Business Project Manager is responsible for the Project Management of the Solutions Mobility Project/s and initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. This role will have a specific focus on delivering Retail projects and the associated streams of work. Retail encompasses franchisee and company store operational support and profitability and network training and upskilling.
You will create business activities and plans in order to develop, deliver, and sustain ongoing solutions for the specified work stream and the broader mobility program through collaboration in a matrix environment. This includes the leadership and seamless integration of cross functional streams across the company to aid in the evolution of business functions, priorities and initiatives that enable strategic improvement programs for the organisation in order to create solutions for the customer journey.

- Assist in management and ideation of the Retail Solutions evolution across the business
- Support change execution across the business
- Support definition, measurement and impact of change across the business
About you
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field desired
- Significant project management and related experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Extensive experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven experience with project methodologies, including training and uplifting teams for effective delivery
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle including the business change aspects
- The ability to lead, manage and develop internal stakholders and partners in a matrixed organisation
- Sound planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- High degree of oral and written communication skills with great attention to detail with exceptional documentation skills
- Experience in managing change management
- Self-motivated and a keen team player
