Description:
What your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- As a Business Sales Consultant, you will be providing advice and tailored solutions to small, medium, and large business customers.
- Our customer will have either enquired online or called us directly asking what we can do for them.
- We focus on customer first and our business hub works with both small-medium business solutions and high value enterprise grade solutions, which provides additional opportunity for both you and the customer.
- This is a call centre-based position
- Full time hours (37.5) each week on a permanent part-time basis (hours to be worked on a rotating roster 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday).
Skills and Experiences:
What we’re looking for
- People with a customer first approach and who embodies our values.
- Don't know much about the world of business telco solutions? No problem! We offer fantastic, training and support, and teach staff all they need to know to be successful in this position.
- You do need to be a clear communicator, and be able to converse and explain, technical information in an 'easy to understand' manner.
- Computer literacy and data entry skills are a must, as you need to type up notes from calls, and use basic software packages.
- If you have this and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, then this role is perfect for you!
