The successful candidate will have the following:
 

• 2+ Years of experience managing a team 
• Qualified accountant with CA, CPA or IPA
• You should enjoy helping people and be an active listener to understand client’s needs, 
• Ideally, You will have managed a client portfolio and a team of accountants.
• Have a desire to growth, develop and take on new opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills are an absolute must, as you will be running client meetings and managing team members.
• Technically exceptional with strong communication skills and a friendly personality. 
• You are not required to have your own portfolio of clients; however, it would be great if you did.
