About the role:
As a Business Analyst at FIS you will act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You’ll work as part of a team in an Agile scrum setting and you will be proactive and innovative in your approach. What you will be doing:
In this role you will be working with major banking clients on various payment schemes. You will also be:
Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency
Writing use cases, BRDs, interface specs, data modelling and functional specs
Writing user stories, prioritising and backlog management
Selecting hardware, software and vendors
Conducting workshops, presentations, system verification and training
Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct
What you will need:
Proven experience working as a technical BA in a development team
Extensive knowledge of ISO20022
Knowledge of Real Time schemes such as NPP, MYRPP, HKFP, PromptPay and similar
Sound knowledge of SWIFT/MT/MX messaging and flows
Knowledge of bulk schemes (DE, RTP, ITMX)
Knowledge of RTGS schemes (Rentas, CHATS, BahtNet etc)
Sound experience working in an Agile environment
Hands on experience in change management, impact analysis and estimation
Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
A bachelor’s in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience
Added bonus if you have:
Experience working with APIs (understand schema, principle, integration and exceptions)
Knowledge of Visio, Jira, EA
