An exciting, temporary opportunity has become available to join the Assets and Infrastructure Directorate as a Business Support Officer - Engineering.
In this role you will provide a high level of assistance to the Engineering team including, but not limited to, undertaking customer facing design administration, scheduling and correspondence preparation, infrastructure and project record keeping, and liaising with a wide range of internal staff and external parties on behalf of the Coordinator Engineering and direct reports.

The successful candidate will have
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to produce written material of a high standard without supervision.
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Demonstrated ability to research and analyse complex issues.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in dealing with sensitive information.
- Demonstrated high-level organisation skills, including ability to set work priorities and meet predetermined deadlines and commitments.
- Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively in a team environment.
