Details: Libraries ACT invites Expressions of Interest to fill a temporary part time vacancy for a Business Support Officer position, commencing immediately for a period of two months.
The Business Support Officer is a fast learner who understands the importance of enabling services, with a focus on implementing policies and procedures relating to finance and procurement.
Duties include:
- Processing invoices using APIAS and PMARS
- Creating Purchase Orders using P2P Oracle Cloud
- Processing internal invoice and refund requests
- Responding to staff and customer enquiries
- Ordering/supplying stationery and COVID/PPE supplies for branches
- Running reports and providing financial information
Skills and experiences required:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail along with being flexible and responsive
- Interest and ability to learn ACT Government financial systems (Oracle, APIAS) and Excel spreadsheet applications
