As a member of the Technology Solutions Telecommunications team, the Business Support Officer – Telecommunications, plays an integral role supporting and coordinating administrative and contractual tasks for stakeholders across the Archdiocese.
This role is primarily responsible for providing a variety of support across various aspects of the telecommunications services and asset fleet, especially around the lifecycle management for mobile services, telecommunication and internet connectivity.
The responsibilities of this role also include: mobile-asset procurement administration, mobile-asset management lifecycle activities, and contract / project administration tasks.
This position requires:
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow through on issues to ensure accuracy in records
- A high level of understanding and adherence to the requirements and accountabilities of asset management
- Practical knowledge of mobile phone and tablet (Android and IOS) operating systems to provide customer focused support services.
