AddressAlchemy Recruitment Consulting is working with local government to secure a Business Support Officer for this 11-month opportunity. Your role will have you working with an engaged team to resolve internal queries and issues while handling other Administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing file requests, retrieval and issue of files, processing outgoing mail, mail distribution ensuring optimal productivity, continuity and integrity of services
- Provide a high level of administrative support for the Group through effectively managing correspondence, coordinating logistical support for meetings and group events
- Assist with the units continuous improvement initiatives and review, develop and /or implement administrative systems and special projects
- Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role
- Well developed time management skills to achieve proficiency and effectiveness in managing the workload and priorities and meeting deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills and stake holder engagement skills
