We currently have an opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Property Management Operations division. The team is integral to the overall digital service delivery to Property Management staff across the APAC region.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;
- Reporting to the Director Business Operations, the key responsibilities of this role will be as follows:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document their digital requirements for development
- Project management and/or business analysis as required
- Perform testing as required on development
- Document system development and associated user guides
- Maintain user guides with the training teams
- Work with software developers to integrate our platform to customer’s platforms including 3rd party systems
- Manage multiple developments concurrently
Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful;
- Previous experience as a BA, and Tertiary qualification in Business/Accounting/Computer Science
- Working knowledge of SQL and an understanding of Agile project management methodology
- Experience or exposure to Azure DevOps or associated team collaboration software
- Intermediate skill level in core Microsoft packages – particularly Power BI, Excel and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused, whilst managing multiple tasks and able to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills – verbal and written and a flexible attitude in dealing with stakeholders
- Knowledge of commercial property management and accounting practices will be advantageous
