About the role
This position will be reviewing our key organisation wide information systems and infrastructure to ensure they are fit for purpose. The Business Systems Improvement Coordinator will primarily undertake the project management of the PHN’s information management systems review, including the new CRM system implementation and ISO 27001 accreditation. This position will involve facilitating and leading business process improvement with key stakeholders to identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity and duplication within information management and business processes across all areas of the PHN.
The successful candidate will have:
- Project and Change Management qualifications and/or 5 years experience.
- System Administration qualifications and/or 5 years experience working with applications in an administrator capacity.
- 12 months experience in designing or implementing continuous improvement programs and frameworks.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve organisational goals and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data from a range of sources and systems and develop solutions which can be implemented to drive improvement.
- High level computer literacy with a range of software packages including but not limited to Microsoft 365 Suite.

Additional Information
*Salary: This role is classified as Grade I – M within our Enterprise Agreement and the rate will be dependent on skills and experience/qualifications. New appointments are generally between grade I – K.
The current PHN policy requires employees to have received 3 Primary doses of an approved COVID-19 Vaccination.
