The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and testing new and modified Software Applications that support the delivery of Direct Care services for the Branch, including the management of the rostering system, Dynamics 365 (ARC+), Customer Voice, Power BI and other legacy Programs, and executing Test Plans for system enhancements and business improvements. The role also provides reporting and advice on other critical Business information and Reporting Systems as required.
