About the role
This position is responsible for administering relevant customer service Business Systems within the Directorate, and contributing to the operational administration and innovation of Business Systems which improve customer and staff outcomes.
In this role, you must proactively ensure your own work activities are conducted with successful customer and staff outcomes as the primary focus for successful systems administration tasks. Continuous improvement mindset and knowledge of DEMIRS policies and requirements in relation to the administration and acceptable use of directorate Business Systems is important for this role.
