Job description

The Department of Communities brings together the services and functions of disability services, child protection and family support, housing, community initiatives and regional services reform.

The Opportunity The Business Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and testing new and modified Software Applications that support the delivery of Direct Care services for the Branch, including the management of the rostering system, Dynamics 365 (ARC+), Customer Voice, Power BI and other legacy Programs, and executing Test Plans for system enhancements and business improvements. The role also provides reporting and advice on other critical Business information and Reporting Systems as required.

There is currently one [1] fixed term position available for immediate filling for a period of 12 months, with possible extension and/or permanency.
